MLK Sub-Committee Interest Form
There are two MLK Celebration Sub-Committees: the Education and Awareness Sub-Committee and the Community Connection Sub-Committee.
The Education and Awareness Sub-Committee will help our community reflect on current and historical movements for social justice, on campus and in the broader community, and inspire action. The Community Connection Committee will foster connection and belonging among participants, centered around themes of social justice. Members commit to joining 3-4 meetings during the fall semester and supporting events during the 2023 MLK Celebration.
