Community Connections Conference Grants
The Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) looks to foster learning and connection by providing funds for community members to attend impactful conferences.
Community members may apply for funding to participate in the conference as an attendee and/or presenter. The applicant must be presenting at or attending the conference with at least one other person as the opportunity prioritizes connections and making meaning together.
Funding requests may cover the cost of conference registration, lodging, and/or travel.
Application Requirements
- At least one of the presenters/attendees must have an existing relationship with University of Richmond.
- Applicant must articulate how participating in the conference will impact their work and the work at least one of the attendees is doing in connection with University of Richmond (UR).
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. If you are submitting a presentation proposal, you do not need to wait until you are accepted as a presenter to apply for funding.
