Prior to beginning to work at the University of Richmond in 2019, Georgia Osborne worked as Membership Coordinator in Hanover, Virginia at the Patrick Henry YMCA and later worked as the Membership Director at the Northside Family YMCA here in Richmond. During her time at Northside, she engaged with the community through increasing member participation and relations, helped to facilitate wonderful community engagement programs that were already in place, and helped to facilitate a full building renovation that the branch was undergoing while still fully operational.
