Ei Noe is an assistant director of student engagement and the Bonner Scholars Program in the Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE). She joined the CCE in July 2023 and has been managing the freshmen cohort of the Bonner Scholars Program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Berry College in Rome, Georgia, earning a BS in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies. During her time in Rome, post-graduation, she pursued an MBA in Healthcare Management from Berry College while working as the programming coordinator for the Diversity and Belonging Division and the Office of Student Involvement. Before joining the CCE team, Ei gained valuable experience working as a Victim Advocate at The Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia.These experiences have allowed her to further cultivate her dedication to working with populations that have faced traumatic experiences, providing crucial support. Growing up primarily around the city of Clarkston in Atlanta, Ei spent much of her childhood closely involved with immigrants and refugees from diverse backgrounds. Being an immigrant herself from Southeast Asia (Burma), she is deeply committed to contributing to a future that is more empathetic and inclusive for all communities, both locally and globally. Some passions of hers include youth development and advocacy, restorative justice, and working with others to foster safe and comfortable environments for impoverished communities.Expand All
