We the People

The Bonner Center for Civic Engagement supports political learning and engagement during the 2020 election season and beyond. During this election, we are cultivating spaces to consider critical questions about what makes a healthy democracy in a series of discussions and dialogues called “We the People.”

We the People includes resources and programming to address the need for access to information about politics and voting. The initiative promotes engagement opportunities, like meetings, forums, lectures, and events, to help the UR community champion a healthy democracy.

Whether students need access to information about politics and voting, or faculty and staff want to design engagement opportunities, or student organizations want to promote opportunities on campus, We the People provides a platform where voices can be heard.
