As we learn more about climate change and its impact on communities, protecting and preserving our environment for ourselves and future generations becomes increasingly imperative. This website serves as a resource for students, faculty, and staff who wish to engage with the environment and a handful of the issues associated with it. While it is not a comprehensive resource, it is a collection of energy and resources stemming from our university’s strengths and focuses, with the hope of helping folks connect, learn, and act together with on-campus and community partners. Accordingly, we have collected our resources in four categories: climate, food, environmental justice, and the river. In many ways, these issues intersect with each other. We hope that by separating them, you can dive deeper in to the topics you are most passionate about and see how you can engage & be a greener Spider!
