The Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) values lifelong learning that is enriched by reflection and grounded in context.

Our Issue Area pages, developed by CCE staff with the support of faculty and students, provide a starting point for learning and engaging.

Unpacking the Census data analysis and maps are a visual deep-dive into our region, and regional reports provide key data and outline priorities for our region.

The VA Engage Journal promotes engaged scholarship by undergraduate, professional, and graduate students and provides a forum for students to publish research studies, reflection essays, and reviews of current literature and engagement practice.

Faculty share the transformative power of service-learning and community-engaged scholarship through publications in a wide variety of journals.
