Prospective Bonner Scholars

The Bonner Scholars Program (BSP) is committed to changing the world through service. To that end, Bonner Scholars:

• Participate in 10 hours of community-engagement activities each week during the academic year
• Receive a monetary award for program participation
• Gain valuable experience that enhances their University of Richmond education
• Receive funds to support their summer service activities with a nonprofit organization in a location of their choosing

While in the program, Bonner Scholars are expected to maintain good academic standing, participate in educational enrichment activities, submit appropriate paperwork to Bonner staff in a timely manner, and remain active in community service during the academic year and during two summer breaks.
