Overview:	This primary care facility, located next to Regency Square Mall, on the corner of Parham and Quioccasin Road, is a medical home for many uninsured and indigent patients; offering family medicine, dental care, orthopedic, gynecological, physical therapy, rheumatological, minor surgical, mental health, and urological services.
	Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities Volunteers are critical to the work of CrossOver, providing 50% of all patient care. Each week a committed cadre of medically qualified volunteers (doctors, nurses, technicians) dedicate their time and energy so that patients receive compassionate, quality health care. Additionally, non-medical volunteers offer administrative and clerical support to the staff and patients, including booking appointments, screening new patients, assisting with interpretation, preparing charts, and filing medical records.
